Avi's birthday dog, Bronco. We actually just gave Bronco back to the rescue we got him from. Avi and I were sad to see him go but he was just WAY too destructive and caused MUCH chaos in our home. I didn't have the time to even BEGIN to train him properly. He had many bad habits but he was sweet and cute and I'm sure he'll find another home that he'll fit into perfectly. Avi has been promised a Bunny in Spring. Mark is going to work on building a hutch for the outdoors.
The title of this family blog is derived from the meanings of our children's names. Azriel means GOD Is My STRENGTH, Avigail means Bringer of JOY, and Liberty means FREEDOM!...Then there's Esther, our youngest! This is a chronicle of our home life, our adventures, and our milestones.

Esther Grace
Baby in Bunting & a Good Sport
Esther all bundled and getting irritated with the cold, I think. This was just before I decided to head for the warm car with her!
Avi in the game! The photo below you can just see her pink sweats! :-) I think she's glad soccer season is over. She had determined early on that it wasn't for her but now she's talking about playing again next year. She was a really good sport and followed through the whole season. We were very proud of her!

Bundled Up!
The days are getting COLD! On our last day of soccer games we had to come seriously bundled up. It had been in the 20s the night before and so the temp for the games never got above 42 degrees with a slight, chilly breeze in the air! The baby and I spent the whole time in the warm car after a failed attempt to watch from the sidelines. It's definitely Autumn here in the desert of Eastern WA. It seems as though the seasons just changed overnight. Maybe it's always this abrupt. I don't remember from year to year. I really should write things down to help that problem. I can't begin to imagine all the wonderful things I've already forgotten.
